1. Information we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, mobile number, email address and, for delivery, your street address, apartment details and delivery notes. We also keep the items you ordered, your special instructions, any coupon used and the order total.

You can order without an account. If you choose to create one, with your email and a password, an email code or Google, we keep your name, phone number, email address, saved addresses and order history so you can order again faster; your password is stored only in scrambled (hashed) form, and you can sign out at any time. We do not collect your card details: online payments are made through Stripe, which handles your card, Apple Pay or Google Pay on its own secure pages.

2. How we use it

To prepare your order and deliver it or have it ready for pickup; to send your receipt and order status updates by email and, where you have given a mobile number, by text message; to contact you if there is a question about your order; and to handle refunds, complaints and our legal and tax records.

3. Who we share it with

We share only what each service needs to do its job: Stripe for payments, our email and text message providers for receipts and updates, Google Maps to find and check your delivery address, and our hosting provider, which stores the website and order records. If your order is delivered by a delivery partner, they receive your name, phone number and address for that delivery only.

We never sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

4. Cookies and your browser

The website stores your bag and display preferences in your own browser so they are still there when you come back. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

5. How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting and tax purposes, normally up to seven years. You can ask us to delete your contact details sooner where the law allows.

6. Your choices

You can ask us at any time for a copy of the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email or call us using the details below and we will reply within 30 days. You can stop text message updates by replying STOP.

7. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be shown on the website before they take effect.
